Appointment / Booking Fee Policy

 
The booking fee secures your appointment in the diary, covers admin time + preparing and designing your tattoo.
 
Booking fees are deducted from the final price of your tattoo
Non-Refundable and Valid for 1 Year
 
✅ Upon paying a booking fee it is agreed:
  • You are happy with the date/time given + the design you have sent and the details discussed.
  • Design Changes: I’m happy to make amendments to the original design idea discussed. However, if you request a completely different design from what was originally agreed, this may require a new booking fee.
  • You trust the tattoo artist (Sam Andrews) to put together a similar design based on the brief/reference you have provided (I do not copy tattoos).
 
 
❌ The booking fee will be forfeited if you:
  • Are a no-show
  • Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice
  • Reschedule your appointment more than twice
  • Are more than 30 minutes late without giving advance notice
  • Request last-minute changes to the agreed finalised design
 

Please Note

Due to having designs to prepare for leading up to appointments, it is not always possible to have your design ready in advance.
In most cases, designs will be sent over to be discussed the day/evening before your appointment date.
 
Numbing Cream - Due to the rise in numbing creams being used and their potential side effects, we strongly recommend you avoid using them before your tattoo. If you do decide to apply, please understand that we can't take responsibility for any issues it may cause to the outcome.
 
Guests - Our studio is small and can only accommodate one guest per client.
NO children are allowed in the studio.

Please bring Photo ID as we may ask to see.
